Chris and Team just finished a remodel on our home - including an over-the-garage unfinished space to finished bonus conversion and remodel of our upstairs landing, stairs, and downstairs office areas. Chris's assistance, professionalism, and communication during both the planning and execution phases of this project was TRULY EXCELLENT ! We hired CPR Construction to finish our attic into an additional bedroom, office, and bathroom. Chris worked patiently with us and provided expert guidance on how to turn our attic into livable space. Laying out a small bathroom in a tight space under the roof was an early challenge, and he worked interactively with us to figure it out. Throughout the project, Chris did an excellent job with communication. He stayed in touch and kept all aspects of the work moving along. All of his subcontractors (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor) were professional and friendly. Our attic is now a wonderful living space and one of our favorite parts of the house.
