Attics

The entirely empty unfinished space above garage has now been finished with main playroom, rear craft room (with access to further behind it as unfinished storage) and 2 small storage closets.

We finished this small attic (~565 sf) into very useable space considering the sloped ceiling conditions. We worked closely with the Owner and the Inspector to maximize the space for the bathroom while meeting head clearance codes.

This attic and bathroom project finished off at 1,200 sf.

A long walk up to the 3rd floor but that's our specialty! We finished this one to 725 sf and includes bonus room, a theatre, separate office, unfinished storage and a full bath.

This project added 550 sf and included a bedroom with closet, full bath and open bonus room. Accommodations were made to maximize space and build soffits around ductwork.
