Poplar Branch - Attic

The bones of the stairs (wooden treads and risers) were replaced and LVP was added to finish them. Finished spaces include stairwell, bedroom with walk in closet and office space with new window. The full bath includes wall niche for add'l cabinet storage. We added new window for natural light at the office space. Additional small projects elsewhere in the home included replacing a damaged window and adding French doors to first floor dining room.

Also from the hallway in that first picture this is looking into the bathroom. We are waiting for the shower glass to arrive and install. You can see the wall niche for builtin cabinet storage.

An alternate view of bathroom showing small vanity area. There was a delicate balance of fixture (toilet, sink, shower) placement and spacing while maintaining code compliance with sloped ceiling.

Here we converted a cased opening at front Living/Music Room into a set of French doors.
