Empty space over the garage converted to a large bonus room.

This image is featured to show the result of modifying a half bath to add a full shower. Where the shower exists now used to be a finished book niche area on the opposite side of the wall in the living room.

We converted this oversized laundry room to a regular sized guest bedroom/playroom with a double storage closet and a washer/dryer closet.

This project added 550 sf and included a bedroom with closet, full bath and open bonus room. Accommodations were made to maximize space and build soffits around ductwork.
