At this split level ranch home, a peek-a-boo opening looking from kitchen to lower family room was designed into the overall cabinet layout.

We are in the process of gutting the kitchen space. We haven't removed the old window nor reframed that window opening yet.

Look next to the fridge...that "dark" window opening is a pass through...

An angle toward all new pantry storage...
