The "jump" room features climbing wall and monkey bars. Off this room we located a separate HVAC /open unfinished storage (the door showing) and walk in closet with finished storage.
The finished storage closet mentioned above has hidden access to unfinished utility closet for plumbing, gas and electrical panel.
