This 2-story addition with full new bathroom and complete renovation/expansion of the kitchen. It is at the rear of the home and added 675 sf finished space, plus a new 190 sf deck.
Part of this addition pushed the rear of kitchen out toward back yard. The new hardwood area shows the distance we pushed it out. Here we are fully framed and roughed in waiting for inspections.

The first level of addition created a functional mudroom behind the kitchen. The mudroom has direct access to rear deck, office space in the addition and garage.

The first level of addition created a large mudroom and office with storage and a safer location for the water heater. creating room for a much larger kitchen, a new bedroom, and a functional mudroom.
