This home has a quest bedroom with full bath on the first floor with an adjacent library accessible from it and the foyer. All of it was closed in to a private suite, kitchen added and renovation to the bathroom.

We converted a second window to an exterior door leading out to a brand new deck that was also part of this project.
New deck with Trex decking and rails, 1x4 / 1x6 skirting around bottom of deck.
In the bathroom we added a transom window above shower area for more light.
We closed off the large wall that used to be a arch to front foyer (next picture) and created a sitting room with laundry closet (louvered door to left) and walk in storage.
